This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cleveland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The food was phenomenal. First time trying Nepalese food and it did not disappoint. The vegetable momo we ordered had so much flavor. Our other dishes were also amazing and the portions were ample

Cafe Everest was recommended to us as some of the best Indian and Desi food in the city, and it certainly did not disappoint! Unassuming on the exterior, inside the restaurant was clean, bright, and charming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the food was served at a leisurely pace. As for the meal itself, everything was prepared fresh and was packed with flavor. The standout items included the pani puri (so bright and refreshing!), the chicken choila (tons of spices and smoke), and the garlic naan (like the chicken, gently kissed by a flame). The thali platter offered a great variety, especially if you enjoy the creamy Punjabi standards like mattar and mahkani curries. The vegetable jhol momos were good but also rather doughy; they'd probably have been better fried (the jhol soup however was absolutely perfect). Note for people lacking a spice tolerance - even the mild dishes had a bit of a kick (although the spicy dishes could have been hotter!).

Summary: We were absolutely blown away by amazing flavor, textures, temperature and spice levels! All dishes were rich without being heavy, and the waitstaff was kind and helpful. Detail: My partner and I were roadtripping on I-90, looking for a delicious meal to break up the gas-station snacks. This restaurant was 100% worth the small detour off the highway. Clearly a small family-owned establishment, had plenty of parking and a simple and clean facility. Dry Aloo Dum - the potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and clearly very fresh. The spices used were SO flavorful and delicious and I will be daydreaming of them for days. Tamarind and Cilantro sauces - I am a saucy lady, so I asked for these sauces on the side of my potatoes as well. They were each perfectly balanced and complemented all of our other dishes well. The Tamarind sauce was rich and tart and the Cilantro sauce was bright and herbal. *chefs kiss*. Kothay Vegetable Momo - Simple and delicious these were filled with a mix of cabbage, potato, and what I believe was spring onion. The dough had the right amount of chew, the stuffing was perfectly seasoned. The Everest Momo sauce was a great complem

Today marks my first visit to Cafe Everest Napali and Indian Cuisine. I was struck by how nice the interior of the restaurant looked. I started off by ordering Lental Soup and Garlic Naan. For my main entrΓ©e I ordered the Chicken Sekuwa. I was told that it would take a while for this item to cook. The food arrived about 40 minutes later. It was fantastic from the Sekuwa to the Butter Chicken to the Coconut Salmon.

We ordered a chicken steamed momo, chicken jhol momo and vegetarian chilli momo. The chilli momo was the best flavor. The chicken momos themselves were good, but I wish the momo achaar (dipping sauce) and the soup were better spiced. Service was really good - they gave us complimentary daal on the house. The atmosphere was also very nice. Food: 3.5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4.5/5
